How to create Bundle Subscriptions

Bundle Subscriptions allow your shoppers to subscribe to a "Bundle as Product" on a recurring basis. This feature ensures convenience for customers who wish to regularly receive a curated set of items, while also providing your business with predictable and recurring revenue. With bundle subscriptions, you can offer fixed bundles tailored to specific needs or themes, ensuring a cohesive shopping experience for your customers.
In order to use Bundle Subscriptions, you need to have "Bundle As Product" deals configured in the Amplify | Bundles & Upsell app.
Navigate to the Scenarios section in your dashboard. Under the "Bundle Subscriptions" scenario, click on "Create" to start setting up your bundle subscription options.
Select the option to create a "New Selling Plan". This plan will outline the subscription details for your "Bundle as Product" deal.
Choose the "Bundle as Product" deal you want to include in your selling plan. For instructions, on how to create a "Bundle as Product", click here. Before adding a "Bundle as Product" deal to your selling plan, make sure it is already created. Once the deal is set up, you will see a list of all available "Bundle as Product" deals, which can be offered with subscriptions.
Tailor the bundle subscription plan to fit your business requirements and customer preferences. These configurations ensure the subscription is attractive and functional.
Decide if the bundle should be available as:
Subscription Only: The bundle can only be purchased through a subscription.
One-Time Purchase and Subscription: Customers can choose between a one-time purchase or subscribing to the bundle. If this option is chosen, you can set the subscription as the default choice.
Recurring Period: Set how often the subscription will recur (e.g., weekly, monthly, or custom intervals).
Pre-Paid Option: Decide if the subscription should be pre-paid and configure the timing for when the customer will be charged.
Max Subscription Cycles: Define the maximum number of subscription cycles allowed, if any.
Discount Settings: Choose between the existing Bundle discount where discounts come directly from the "Bundle as Product" setup or a custom Bundle discount where you can configure discounts manually for each bundle in the selling plan.
Change Discounts: Set rules for adjusting discounts after a certain number of cycles, if needed.
If you choose to apply "Custom Discounts per Bundle", click on "Edit Discounts". This will allow you to configure discount options tailored to your bundle subscription.
Recurring Discounts: Set a consistent discount that applies to every billing cycle of the subscription.
Changing Discounts: Adjust the discount amount over time, tailoring the discount to specific phases of the subscription duration.
All changes are saved automatically, ensuring a seamless customization experience.
This step helps you optimize your bundle subscription pricing strategy to meet customer needs while aligning with your business goals.
Once all details are configured to your satisfaction, click on "Save Changes" to finalize the setup.
Navigate to the Design tab to personalize the text and the display of your bundle subscriptions. This can include promotional language or aesthetic adjustments to enhance shopper engagement.
After completing the setup, click on "Publish" to make your bundle subscription live on your store. 🎉
